Please note that permanently deleting your account at FingerJackets.com erases all of your Personal Information from our databases. After completing deletions, all data associated with all of your accounts, will be removed permanently from our system. FingerJackets will not be able to retrieve your data in the future, or restore your account.
You may request to access, receive a copy of, update, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Information you have stored with us. Just send us an e-mail, or fill out our dedicated GDPR form. You may also correct and/or update your Personal Information through your account or website settings.
You can delete your Personal Information by deleting your entire account. We will respond to your requests within a reasonable timeframe.

To California residents concerned with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). You have control over your Personal Information as described in the previous section. FingerJackets does not sell user Personal Information to third parties.

All requests must be labeled “CCPA CHILD REMOVAL REQUEST” in capital letters in the email subject line. Requests need to provide description of the content you need removed. Requests also need sufficient information to reasonably be able for us to locate the information in question. “CCPA CHILD REMOVAL REQUEST” are not accepted through telephone, text, facsimile or by posted mail. We hold no responsibility for mislabeled notices. Nor are we responsible if you do not provide us with the proper information. We may not be able to respond. Please be aware that we will do our very best to remove all material requested. This does not however mean the information itself is comprehensively removed. Example; item may have been reposted to Third Party platform, not serviced by us.
