If a return is needed, you can send most items back within 7 days of delivery.*
- Start the return process within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Product must be in unused/new condition, with all original product inserts, packaging, tags and accessories.
- We will refund the cost of your returned item, as well as shipping charges, if the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part. We may award a partial refund for opened or used products.
- A 15% restocking fee may also be incurred for items opened & items with missing parts and or tags.
- We inspect all returned items and will issue a refund based on the condition of the item.
